  • Who can see my courses?

    Every individual has access to a personal account. Your Manager and the Airside Network team monitor your training and progress to ensure competency is being met. Other members can't access your training account.

  • Do I have to complete all the courses?

    Yes. Each airport manager has collaborated with the Airside Network Admin to provide specific training that pertains to your airport.

  • Why do I have to sign in on the Airside Network homepage and again on for the training?

    Double authentification for security and information privacy is important. Having you sign in twice, also allows us to provide you with your own training account.

  • Who do I contact if I need help with a course?

    Since our courses are generalized and specific, we recommend speaking to your manager. If there is a problem with accessing courses or the course content, please report this problem to the Airside Network team.
